Graiani Cheeses - The history

It was 1975 when, from a small deposit made from the garage of the house, our father obtained a shop for the sale to the public of cheese produced in our area of origin by various small dairies that produced it. With his van she began to distribute it to the various shops that sold groceries. The activity took hold as the product was of the highest quality, combined with the product delivery service, the solution proved to be successful. The next step was to take over a small dairy in Ponte di Lugagnano, a fraction of Monchio delle Corti, from there the business took off which led him to supply numerous shops, among the best delicatessens and restaurants.

So the children wanted to keep the basic principles and tradition of their father wanting to keep everything today as then its three fundamental rules: maximum quality, home delivery service and courtesy, aimed at satisfying all customer needs.
Graiani cheeses

PRESÉNT - Structure yourself with a sales and delivery network to meet the needs of the most demanding people who do not want to turn to large-scale distribution, such as restaurants, delicatessens and top-level shops.

FUTURE Differentiate from the mass of multinationals and maintain basic principles, quality, service, courtesy and attention to the customer. Alliance with other small producers of artisan products of parmesan cuisine of excellence, with the aim of getting them on the table of all those who demand quality, living far from production areas would not have the opportunity to enjoy these delicacies that cannot be purchased on mass distribution.
Graiani cheeses
