The Parco dei Cento Laghi is an environment that is still intact and uncontaminated. Also known as the Regional Park of the Cedra and Parma valleys, it is a protected natural area located in the Parma Apennines.
Is extended from the municipalities of Corniglio, Monchio delle Corti, Tizzano Val Parma, Neviano
degli Arduini. Lago Santo, Lago Verde and Lago Ballano are among the main lakes in this pristine area.

A native of Bordighera, Roberto CORONA, is passionate about cooking. It was in his hometown that he learned the trade, at the Grand Hotel Capo Ampelio. He traveled through Italy to acquire experience and know-how, which would take him to Monaco. For many years, he worked in the Principality in various establishments and in particular with renowned Italian caterers in Monte-Carlo. When it opened, he joined the team of the restaurant "Maxim's" Monte-Carlo. From 2001 to September 2010, "Chef de Cuisine" of the restaurant of the "Yacht Club de Monaco", he offered refined cuisine to a demanding clientele. Since 2004 he has been a member of the Cordon d 'Gold.
